This requires you to:
Collaborate with Cisco’s internal stakeholders for change management, internal and external communication on changes and timelines
Support the region with projects and run the business activity requiring data analysis, and ad-hock reporting by working on large amount of data
Acquire deep knowledge of the organizational set-up to its full extent provide operational guidance on operations services, and leverage operations network and cross-functional teams in the backend to provide an end-to-end solution to the stakeholde
Work closely with the Business Operations Managers and Business Analyst and theatre Operations Managers in the region to support them in areas of MIS, Reporting and Data Mining
Regular follow up and coordination with stakeholders to track project progress to meet goals and deadlines
Organize and maintain project files and databases in the company web platform for internal stakeholders to handle various metrics/communication requirements
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Regional Operations in CPS (Customer and Partner Services) organization. Regional Operations provides operational engagement and advisory services to customers, partners and sales stakeholders across Cisco’s commerce processes for our products, services and software business.
You will work closely with Business operations within Regional Ops team based in Singapore & India as well as other CPS theatre ops leaders/operations managers across the region. You will leverage the network of specialists and cross-functional teams across in-person and digital channels.
